By using AI Designer or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Free tier: 3 free room generations with watermarks. Pro: unlimited generations, watermark-free HD downloads, all styles and tools. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time in your store account.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generation, and to display generated outputs back to you. We don't use your content to train external models without explicit consent.
AI-generated images may be used freely for personal and commercial purposes including listings, presentations, and marketing materials. Real estate users must comply with MLS disclosure requirements for virtually staged photos in their jurisdiction.
Don't use AI Designer to generate images of identifiable people without their consent, content that infringes copyright, or content depicting illegal activities. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service or circumvent rate limits.
AI Designer is provided “as is.” Generated images are visualizations, not architectural renderings. We don't guarantee feasibility, accurate cost estimates, or that the depicted result is buildable in your specific space.
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for design decisions you make based on AI-generated images.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in app and via email if you have an account. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
